3rd party certificates for VPN client

I have one query, we recently renewed 3rd party certificates for VPN client. However, when we are validating the serial no of certificate (https://vpn-xx.xxx.xxx) it is giving us different serial no. But when we are using internal leg ip address to validate the serial no then we are getting the correct serial no. In IPsec tab we selected the correct external interface IP address. I have completed the same activity for other clusters as well but didn't face any issue. I also validated the certificate its signed the correct CA and all information is correct regarding CA and S.CA.

What version/JHF of gateways and management?
Are you using Mobile Access Blade?
What other differences exist between the two certificates?
