I'm having problems connecting to the VPN client on Mac OS.

When I try to register a new website the following error is reported

site is not responding

via browser also returns a very strange error

I will send the evidence

Has anyone been through this?

I moved your post to the correct space and fixed your typo in the title.

Now, are you trying to define the VPN site by name or by IP? I latter, it looks like your DNS cannot resolve the address. Start with that.

Yes, I tried to configure it with ip but I had the same error.
Furthermore, I set dns/ip in the hosts table and via the cli it responds correctly when I ping/telnet the site

I assume you pinged from mac and not some other machines.

What about Windows clients, do they have the same issue with this site? Also, what is MacIS version and the client version? What is the GW version?

Honestly - i would never post logs including the URL of my company SSL / SNX portal ! Better delete that....

And open a SR# with TAC, they should be able to resolve your issue in a quick RAS.

Are any clients able to connect to the site at all?

If after checking the VPN portal URL in the gateway properties & certificate setup the problem persists please contact TAC.
