Hello,

I am having trouble establishing a VPN connection to the gateway with Endpoint Security and Remote Secure VPN. There is no problem with Capsule VPN, I can connect there successfully. Actually, I was not having any problems but I did not understand what was going on. Whenever I want to establish a VPN connection via Windows and Mac clients, I get the following error.

Connection Failed: IKE Negotiation with gateway has failed. Make sure the user is properly defined on the firewall

Are you trying with local user defined in smart console? Does it even let you create a site?

The rock thanks for your quick answer. I have revert one of working fine session and the problem solved. I think I made some misconfig.
