      <description>Unless you're blocking specific traffic outbound it may not be necessary to add exceptions.&lt;BR /&gt;Do you see any drops in Capsule Cloud for any of the netblocks mentioned in that article?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI Ya nothing is showing in capsule traffic as its getting blocked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The call works just the media is getting blocked and we don't have any special rules to block the media.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I would think if Capsule Cloud is blocking the traffic somehow that would be getting logged.&lt;BR /&gt;Suggest involving the TAC here.</description>
