Pexip Video conferencing media getting blocked over capsule

Has anyone came across this strange issue where the video conference works fine but users can't share screen or camera over capsule cloud, Here are some exceptions recommended by pexip team but i've very less info on adding them to capsule.

Unless you're blocking specific traffic outbound it may not be necessary to add exceptions.
Do you see any drops in Capsule Cloud for any of the netblocks mentioned in that article?

HI Ya nothing is showing in capsule traffic as its getting blocked.

The call works just the media is getting blocked and we don't have any special rules to block the media.

I would think if Capsule Cloud is blocking the traffic somehow that would be getting logged.
Suggest involving the TAC here.
