      <description>&lt;P&gt;In general, there appear to be issues with 24H2 and VPN clients.&lt;BR /&gt;For non-SNX clients, we have a solution:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk182749" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk182749&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For SNX, it's not yet clear if the issue is similar, but it doesn't appear there is a solution yet.&lt;BR /&gt;I do see TAC cases reporting similar issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would absolutely do that, cause last time I spoke to TAC about this, guy actually mentioned SNX and he said there was no official fix for it yet. I did not inquire more, but to me sounded like there might be some sort of custom portfix, not sure.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Step 2:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Restart the SNX service by typing in CMD:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;CODE&gt;&amp;gt; net stop cpextender&lt;/CODE&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;CODE&gt;&amp;gt; net start cpextender&lt;/CODE&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Step 3:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Login the Mobile Access Portal and check the SNX connection again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
