I noticed the same in the link to download latest vpn client for windows E88.61, when I click on the link, it shows E88.60, NOT E88.61

I suspect the reason for this is that E86.60 is the current "long term support" release.
Having said that, it should probably be updated.

This is expected in this instance, the endpoint specific fixes in E88.61 weren't relevant to the standalone client as I understand.
