SSL Portal Applications is not found after ssl clientless portal login

Hello Checkmates,

I configured Mobile Access Web Applications via unified policy. When users login to the SSL portal from the internet, I can't see the web application web applications link. How can I solve this problem?

1. I am using policy sources from Unified policy.

2. Source will be access roles (Users---LDAP, network --Any), destination is Any or it will be updated to the target server, VPN -RemoteAccess, Services and applications ---name-webapps, url link https://webapss.company.com, transaltion method: Path and URL

What do you have listed under etax object in the policy?

It may require the host or dns name reach ability issue. I am not sure.

In the etax object (Services and applications) as below

1. in general properties name= etax

2.in Authorized location, server (host or DNS name: the ip address of etax server)

3. Link in Portal

Is it resolvable from gw when doing curl_cli -k?

Hi @the_rock

I will check it. This is a new implementation. Once it is deployed in the production environment, I will use curl_cli -k -v https://etax.mor.com to verify it. If the URL is resolvable, the web application should appear in the mobile access portal after login. Is that correct? The firewall will be put into production next January, Saturday 11, 2025.

I think the correct syntax

curl_cli -k -v https://etax.mor.com.

I expect if the the host server is resolvable, the portal should be like the below portal image. But my gaia is R81.20.
