Hello Checkmates

We need your usual support. While using the SSL clientless VPN portal for file transfer, we encountered an issue. We are able to transfer files up to 5KB in size, but we are unable to upload or transfer files larger than 5KB over the SSL VPN portal (clientless). Please provide us with your support.

After accessing the portal, click the link under "Web".
Log in to the internal web servers and upload the CSV files.

Note: Files larger than 5 KB cannot be uploaded.

Two things come to mind either an MTU issue or something like sk105851.

I just followed up regarding the above SK and checked with the TAC engineer, but there was no result.

By the way, where can I check for the MTU issue?
