Would suggest verifying DNS and opening a case with TAC to review there after.

Hello,

using Checkpoint Capsule on Android was no problem so far. Open the app, enter credentials and the user can access internal services through the browser.

Using Capsule with version 1.600.137 on iOS 18.2 doesn't work. Capsule is successfully connect and the device is getting an valid IP-Address. But accessing an internal website with Siri or Chrome doesn't work.

What could be the problem here?

Best,
Christian

I would agree with the guys. Definitely check DNS settings, as Chris mentioned, that could be an issue.
