EE88.70 - Connection failed - Netotiation with site failed

Hi, I use a Quantum Spark 1800 Appliance and remote access our company network via Endpoint Security client. I've been using that for quite a long time but I found that I cannot connect since days ago. It jammed at 47% and then displayed Connection failed - Netotiation with site failed.

my laptop OS is Windows 11 pro 21H2. I uninstalled the old version of the endpoint (it should be a 2023 version) and replaced it with a newer EE88.70. Somehow, the problem still remains.

I also checked my remote access uer account, and reset the password, but it doesn't work.

Any advices will be aprreciated,

If you can upload the client logs, we might be able to see what's wrong.
Redact any sensitive details, of course.

Is it locally or centrally managed? Is everybody facing the same problem?

Whoops ... I found probably it's UDP 4500 was forwarded to another server for another VPN client. I deleted this NAT and the endpoint security has been back to normal ....😅
