Possible there is a character encoding issue of some sort being caused by this, yes.
Might need to consult with TAC.

i have configured DynamicID email only. And it working fine except only one VPN user. When that one user enters her username/password as first authentication method, the recieved email is looks like this:

<username>, P"P0P=Q
VPN P=Q

P2Q[1]Q

First thing i thought was Endpoint Security VPN client version. And upgraded to 88.70. Still recieving same email.
Second guess was email servers are somehow encoding it. But user with the same domain recieving email fine.
Client computer is Windows 11.

So what might be the problem?

$NAME, Таны VPN нэвтрэлтэд ашиглах код $CODE. This is what i typed in DynamicID message field. Which is translated to $NAME, Your One-Time password is $CODE. Is it possible that I used Mongolian language causing it?
