I have an SNX configured. But whenever I try to connect to SNX, it will try to establish connection then the connect button will appear briefly. I checked the mobile access logs and it is rejected indicating error in disconnecting user and with description failed to connect

SNX debug will likely be needed here.
Depending on whether SNX is being initiated from Windows or Mac/Linux, you'll need to use one of the following SKs:

https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk103572
https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk33833

Might also be worth starting a TAC case in parallel.
