Remote access vpn unable to print to local network printer

When connect to the Mobile VPN, remote user needs to RDP into a terminal server and be able to print to their local network printer. However the remote user cannot print to their local network printer unless the Mobile VPN is disconnected, even without RDP. Need assistance in resolving. Thanks

The "Route All Traffic" option would prevent this communication, as would an overlap between their local network and the encryption domain.

The first step I would take would be to compare the routing tables when connected to the VPN or not to see if traffic to the local LAN is going to the same route or not.

You may need to add a route manually to force the traffic for the local printer through the LAN interface.

This scenario is possible to fix, at least with the Endpoint VPN, just look at the sk130832:
"Do not route traffic for local network to the gateway" is grayed out on Endpoint Security Client

Not sure about the Mobile VPN though.
