Hello!

We use Mobile Access with RADIUS authentication.
We have parent and child domain in our environment. RADIUS server is listed in parent domain and all users are listed in child domain. Users are authorized by name, an example user1@domain.name. Domain.name is the same for parent and for child domain. At this moment, only those users who are in the parent domain can authorized. What do I need to change in the configuration to allow users authentication via RADIUS from a child domain?

Thanks!

Hi.

How come the parent and the child domain are the same? If they are somehow the same, then I think that the firewall cannot distinguish the users (You can use a "fake domain" for the authentication to point to different RADIUS servers).

Other choice is to have the RADIUS server recognize the users of the child domain and respond accordingly.

Regards,

Alex
