    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are currently facing an issue with the Mobile Access Blade on our external cluster following a migration and upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Environment:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Gateway Version:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;R82.10 with JHF Take 22&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Blade:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Mobile Access Blade (MAB)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cluster:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;External Cluster&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The Workflow:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Users log in to the Mobile Access Portal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;They select a "Jumphost" link from the portal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;This redirects them to a Citrix environment where they authenticate with AD credentials.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;After authentication, an .ica file is downloaded to launch the session.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The Issue:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Since the migration, launching the Citrix session via the .ica file fails with the following error: Protocol Driver Error 2064.1030&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Configuration Context:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;The general configuration was migrated exactly as it was on the old appliance. However, since Mobile Access settings are managed directly in SmartConsole starting with R82 (instead of the legacy SmartDashboard), we had to re-configure the Mobile Access settings manually in the new console.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone experienced similar behavior with Citrix ICA traffic on R82.10? Are there specific "Link Translation" or "Native Application" settings in the new R82 SmartConsole MAB configuration that we might have missed compared to the old Dashboard logic?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any hints or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;R82.10 is only used with the 3900 gateways currently so it's possibly uncommon in the current day for specific scenarios - suggest working the issue with TAC if not already?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would do what Chris suggested. TAC case would be good idea, because probably not a lot of people are currently running R82.10, as its still technically EA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
