I cannot remember，at the same time, i installed the new E80.87,&amp;nbsp; so, a series of problems appeared.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I find that I cannot install all vpn clients，E80.86，E80.87，E80.88 these 3 versions prompt&amp;nbsp; a series of problems like this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="image-1 jive-image" height="358" src="https://community.checkpoint.com/legacyfs/online/checkpoint/74736_pastedImage_1.png" width="363" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;another all previous versions (before E80.86), prompt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="image-2 jive-image" height="385" src="https://community.checkpoint.com/legacyfs/online/checkpoint/74737_pastedImage_2.png" width="362" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My laptop have another vpn client but not in using，and before i uninstalled the old checkpoint vpn, they were all &lt;SPAN&gt;available.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your recommendation.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry to reply you so late..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have deleted all things about checkpoint in these ways&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;C:\Windows\System32\drivers&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;installation path，&lt;/U&gt;Cleaned up invalid registry.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, installed a old version VPN client, the problem solved&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think this problem is caused by not completely uninstalling the software.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Boot with DLC or Mini Windows &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Rename files extensions "vsdata.dll", "vsinit.dll", "vsutil.dll" to the ".old". &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. Reboot, go to Windows and install the latest version &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Wish success&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I don't recommend running these steps, This will harm the operating system.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;in order to solve the main issue, review&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;sk171213.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same error, I can fix this following the steps explained by duckquang but I only rename the file&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;vsdata.dll and install&amp;nbsp;E84.00_CheckPointVPN&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. Boot with DLC or Mini Windows&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Rename files extensions "vsdata.dll" on folder&amp;nbsp;C:\Windows\SysWOW64&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. Reboot, go to Windows and install the latest version&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
