Hello,

we had problems accessing Microsofts Exchange OWA via MobileAccessPortal.

Everything worked fine with R80.10, after upgrade of the gateways to R80.20 we can‘t start OWA from apples IOS and MAC-OS devices. Windows and linux are working fine. We tried different browsers but with no success.

The MOB-portal works without problems, only starting OWA ends in a „connection lost“ error.

ActiveSyns via MOB is too not a problem.

Has anyone this running R80.20 with OWA via MobileAccessPortal to Exchange 2016 or 2013?

thanks

Wolfagng

We had open a case with TAC since 2 weeks. Troubleshooting is very difficult, because all connection are encrypted and the absence of debug Tools on the IOS devices.

One more curious thing, if we using fiddler as proxy to break the https connection from the IOS device and get some debugs, everything is working fine.

It looks like it has something to do with the certificate handling, but we had no ideas whats going wrong.

Wolfgang
