Hi All,

we have CheckPOint NXG 5400 Device With Cluster,

we are Configure IPsec Vpn in Checkpoint With Dynamic ID Settings ( Email OTP ) , we are Successfully Getting Email OTP When We try to Connect From Windows Machin, but When we try to Connect Client With MAC OS 10.14 Version that Time User Will Directly Authentication Without asking OTP, is any Solution for that please guide me,

Do locally configured VPN client users exist ? Because you will be able to log in with local credentials if user name is (also) defined locally...

No we are using Active Directory database For User Authentication and send thing is I am trying on windows with same users then it asks me for Email OTP ( Dynamic ID ) only Mac With not Working.

What version of the Endpoint Client on Mac?
What version on Security Gateway in question?

What version of the Endpoint Client on Mac? - E80.89, E80.64, E 80.6w any many Different Version we are trayed.
What version on Security Gateway in question? - We are Suing R 80.30 Before R80.30 we are using R80.20 But With R80.20 We Face the Same problem.
