Number of concurrent users are not matching with the cli command output from gateway (fw tab -t om_assigned_ips -s). How can i know what is the actual number of active users with there user ID ....

In R80.xx, in SmartConsole go to the logs & Monitor page, go to or open a New Tab (the plus sign in the right most tab) now in the bottom left there is an option that says Tunnel & User Monitoring, click that link and the old SmartView Monitor will open.
In there looking at the gateway in the IP Sec part it will show 2 lines:
Gateway to gateway tunnels: x
Remote User Tunnels: y
