      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="test-id__field-value slds-form-element__static slds-grow  is-read-only"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="uiOutputTextArea"&gt;We are using E82.20 Secure End Point Client for With Client Remote Access VPN topology with Microsoft AD for user Auth. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most of the Users are not able to access resources, however log shows connected with &lt;SPAN class="test-id__field-value slds-form-element__static slds-grow  is-read-only"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="uiOutputTextArea"&gt;"tunnel_test". Some times it shows Actual VPN Policy enforced and related service protocol allowed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What could be RCA ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
