    <description>They are - but I agree, it does seem to sway down the Citrix issue rather than us.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I will do some more investigating. They are also having problems with Jabber when connected via the VPN (Call Server in their DC so VPN necessary)</description>

      <title>Single Sign on ICA Client Citrix</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a customer that uses the clientless solution of&amp;nbsp; the remote access blade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Users browse to the remote access portal to access the Citrix StoreFront web page. No auth is required as SSO works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the ICA client is&amp;nbsp; launched, the Windows prompt in the ICA session requires logon credentials, not using SSO.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to configure this so the whole solution is seemless and SSO works throughout?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The ideal design is when the ICA client is launched, no Windows prompt appears and the user logs on directly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
