Outlook Not Updating Emails:

When SASE is running, Outlook won’t update new emails.

Closing SASE and restarting Outlook fixes the issue.

A suggested fix was changing the protocol from Default to OpenVPN or WireGuard—has anyone else tried this?

SASE Clients Appearing Offline:

After installation, many SASE clients show as offline.

The users I installed it for (30-40 people) didn’t log out, so it seems like the program may have auto-closed.

I see there’s an option to adjust auto-signout duration, but is there a way to prevent users from logging out entirely?

Has anyone else experienced these issues or found a fix?

We experienced this same issue and ended up reverting to Harmony Connect, hoping the issue would be resolved in the future.

Please do post back the results of your TAC case.

My colleague and I built a lab for a customer testing and we had exact same problem. I noticed the same issue on Fortinet (FortiSASE), but it ONLY happens if you connect to any other POP rather than default one, otherwise, its fine.

But yes, as @EY said, please do update with what TAC says.
