I am looking to increase the session timeout for endpoint security client to 12 hours

There is an authentication timeout setting that we use to manage sessions. I believe the default setting is unlimited but we changed ours and works well.

Got Global Properties > Remote Access > Authentication Timeout

Authentication Timeout is to authenticate the use.I am looking to increase the session expiration .

What authentication method are you using?
In general, the only way you get the session extended is to set the reauthenticate user every X minutes to a higher value.
Or enable password caching and set the timer higher.

Hi There, do we have to install MSI file on OU and deploy upon changing the session timings as well? Will updating on the firewall should be fine?

The user will get updated settings next time they connect.
