This sounds weird. Are you sure you are not using MEP (Multiple Entry Point) configuration with clients terminating on different gateways?

Remote Access- secure client receiving a IP address other then defined in office mode pool. i even checked the "ipassignement.conf" from $FWDIR/conf. there is no subnet of ip defined with the IP received after connecting Secure client.

IP pool in office mode defined 10.x.x.x/24 but some of users gets ip from 10.x.x.x/24 , but some gets ip of 10.y.y.y/30. The 10.y.y.y/30 range is not defined even on gateway or server or in "ipassignement.conf" file.

i don't know why n how , but seems like the issue came when we select "SecuRemote" client. then we switched to selecting "Endpoint Security VPN" while installaiton and so far we didn't observed any issue , all users are getting IP from Defined office pool.

But this is Weird , Even while using SecuRemote out of 20 user , 18 where getting correct IP from pool only 2 or 3 gets different IP.
