The Endpoint Security VPN client should support multiple authentication schemes as shown here: https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk86240
If you're talking about something with a one-time code, this can be done either with DynamicID or RADIUS.

Hi Paulo_Soberano,

Current VPN client for macOS does not support MFA. It is in Alpha stage yet and we plan to release GA in Q3. For urgent needs you may contact support and ask for Alpha version (ask them to contact RnD).
