Hi,

we're currently evaluating Harmony Connect and like it so far, but there is one thing that bugs us: There is seemingly no way to customize the block page that is displayed in the browser when the user accesses malicious content.

Which is odd, because this is possible in the other Harmony products like Harmony Browse.

Maybe I am just too blind to find it, though, which is totally possible 🙂

Any hints?

This currently requires a Support ticket, please work with TAC and your SE as needed.

meaning, the feature is available, but I need to open a support ticket to get access to it?

Expect it to be available in the future, until then the internal team will customise it per your request within whatever constraints there may currently be around that.

Chris is 100% right, we also had customer ask about it and it was not available, but were told by TAC it might be at some point down the road. When you may ask? NO ONE knows lol
