Tried to connect vpn via check point workspace in laptop.able to login smoothly but screen freeze after 5 mins.tried to connect with windows 7 also think time it times out in 10 mins and should reconnect Again.any solution please

Define freeze (possibly with screenshots).
Version/JHF of gateway?

screen freezes after connecting to remote desktop and not any key is functional to take screenshots.

We'll probably need a TAC case to troubleshoot this further.
If you're not the gateway administrator, then ask them to do it.
