Hi,

we monitored an issue with the downloaded certificate for the https inspection. There seems to be some issues with the line feeds in the file . It is no problem to import the .cer file on a windows client but a mac client didn't accept the file.

The downloaded .cer file have the following format:

-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----MIID+zCCAuOgAwIBAgI......

....JbFkYd-----END CERTIFICATE-----

we solved the issue editing the file and use a dedicate line for begin and end certificate.

-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----

MIID+zCCAuOgAwIBAgI......

....JbFkYd

-----END CERTIFICATE-----

It is not a big issue but just in case

Is this just for Harmony Connect or does this also apply to regular Quantum management as well?

Hi Dameon,

seems to be only for Harmony Connect. The format of the certificate out of the SmartConsole is different. It is DER not base64.
