Got couple of questions ?

1. Is it possible to have Pre-Logon VPN in Check Point ?

2. Is it possible to integrate Hello for Business (MFA) ? If yes, it will be always thru Radius/SecureID ?

Any documentation is appreciated.

1. Yes, it's called Secure Domain Login. In R80.40, you can also potentially use Machine Certificates. See: http://downloads.checkpoint.com/dc/download.htm?ID=60345

2. Never heard of Hello for Business, but if it integrates via RADIUS, you can probably use it.

For Secure Domain Login - do we need end point security solution specifically or traditional client VPN would do ?

It doesn't have a specific requirement for an Endpoint Security Solution, though it is highly recommended.
You can require specific ones be present (using SCV).
