    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have 2 significant problems with Capsule Cloud that seem to be new in the last 30 days.&amp;nbsp; The most concerning is only a few of our 120 users are being filtered by our Capsule Cloud policy.&amp;nbsp; I show logs from only 2 gateways in the US and one in Canada.&amp;nbsp; If I connect to the Seattle cloud gateway, I am not filtered and my logs do not show up in Log Viewer.&amp;nbsp; I uninstalled and reinstalled my CapsuleConnect application with no change in symptoms.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next problem, our LTA is getting a 500 error in the java client logs.&amp;nbsp; The LTA is configured correctly and the OPSEC Application routinely shows: error.&amp;nbsp; The LTA runs every 5 minues but gets no logs.&amp;nbsp; Last logs received were in December 2018.&amp;nbsp; We have had Capsule Cloud in production for more than 1 year.&amp;nbsp; Logs for myself in Capsule Cloud Log Viewer ended on 12/20/18, no logs since.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The LTA case has been elevated from TAC-level3 to development.&amp;nbsp; We (me and TAC) think the cases are related and wonder if anyone else is seeing this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NO WEB FILTERING IS VERY BAD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very Best Regards,&amp;nbsp; Dan Roddy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
