Capsule wont open zoom/teams meeting from the mail

Hi evreyone,

My customer has a checkpoint capsule.

When he gets a link through his email, he's able to open them, yet when he gets zoom or teams meeting, he gets this error:

net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME and the meeting won't open.

I couldn't find anything on the support center regarding this issue.

Pretty sure this works since Check Point employees receive Zoom and Teams meeting links regularly.
Which means this should probably be pursued through the TAC: https://help.checkpoint.com
