      <description>&lt;P&gt;there was a massive problem on IOS when connecting to the MAB gateway through the Capsule Connect application, it gives an error: Failed to connect to the site. Please verify the address and check your internet connection. On android devices, when connecting the certificate of the same user, there are no problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What troubleshooting have you done?&lt;BR /&gt;The most obvious thing to start with is to see if the client even communicates with the MAB server (e.g. with tcpdump).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am also having a similar problem and getting the same error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checkpoint Capsule Connect VPN was working fine for both 4G and wifi connection on iOS 15.7 but a recent upgrade to iOS 16.2 now means Capsule Connect VPN only works for a wifi connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Attempts to connect VPN via&amp;nbsp; 4G results in "&lt;SPAN&gt;error: Failed to connect to the site. Please verify the address and check your internet connection"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does anyone know how to fix this?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
