Capsule workspace notifications with office 365

Hi all

Appreciate your assistance on this issue

we have recently deployed capsule workspace and integrated with Exchange online / O365

Mail, calendar etc are working well but notifications are failing

in inspecting the logs we are seeing the following error

Mon Aug 30 07:24:50 2021,962 [16566] DEBUG root - <root::registerUserToExchange> --registerUserToExchange EWS_Bad_Credentials_Exception-- failed to Subscribe PUSH Notification to EWS with exception: EWS_Bad_Credentials_Exception: Soap Client: http_code: 401

it seems that we are getting a 401 error despite credentials being correct (again, mail can be sent and received in capsule workspace).

any ideas ??
