The following process can be done:

Open GuiDbEdit and connect to the Security Management Server.
Navigate to: 'other > mobile_profiles > PROFILE NAME > future_compatibility_fields'.
Right-click future_compatibility_fields and choose "add".
In the "Name" field write: "block_screenshot" (without the quote).
In the "Value" field write either:
- "true" (without the quote) - to enable for all devices
- "false" (without the quote) - to disable for all devices.
Save the changes in GuiDBedit.
Open SmartDashboard and install policy.
Logout and Login from the application.

Hello,

Apparently this works well on Android, but not on iOS, is this an officially released feature?

I could not find any official documentation that mentions it, but would like to be sure if the TAC would actually accept a case for it.

Unfortunately, iOS operation system doesn't allow any app to control this feature. Therefore, it doesn't exist in iOS.

Assuming you could disable this in iOS (or any mobile OS), what's to prevent you from taking a picture of the screen of that phone with a different camera?

Yes, it is less convenient to do so, but it's certainly possible.

Bottom line: you really can't prevent this.

I completely agree, but my customer sold that as a feature to upper Management now expect it. Any way I did mention the point you just made, which lowered the pressure.
