      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We logged several tickets over the last few months all with very little insight from TAC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;proposed solutions have nothing to do with thebissue and are general topics primarily covered in sK for push notifications that were never working , not ones that worked and stopped for no good reason ...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;checkpoints cloud push services are unstable at best&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;frustrating !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
