Sync Calendar Data to device doesn't work for entries edited in Capsule

In Calendar settings we can enable "Sync Calendar Data" to the device's native calendar (Android).

This works well for items that come from the server.

But if a Calendar entry is created or modified inside the Capsule Calendar app, the entry isn't synced.

A workaround is to disable and re-enable "Sync Calendar Data".

But of course this workaround is highly unpractical and you forget to apply it, so it often happens, that events are missed because they didn't show up in the calendar widget based on the native calendar.

Is this a well known issue or bug?

Any idea how to solve it?

It's a known issue.
I'm not sure there is a fix for it at this point.
