Apple has removed the ability to get device app list on iOS 11 using local OS APIs.
SandBlast Mobile Dashboards which currently deploy the SandBlast Mobile Protect Enterprise App and not using an EMM will need to change the SBM Dashboard configuration to install a MDM profile on the iOS devices in order to be able to get device app list. The ability to obtain the app list from the devices is required to provide malware protection.

This configuration option is mandatory for company's using the SandBlast Mobile Protect Enterprise app in order to retrieve the iOS app list from the device.

To configure, enable 'Install MDIS profile' under Settings > Device Management > Setting.

This item is NOT relevant to dashboards which already work with iOS app store version, nor is it relevant for dashboards integrated with an EMM solution.
