      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are facing continue issue when user connect the mobile access vpn through snx.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OS- R81.20&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;JHF-Take92&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;attached logs file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any can help on this issue, user connecting through Microsoft edge browser.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, the VPN was working previously, and we are not experiencing this issue for all users — it appears to be affecting only a few.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To temporarily resolve the issue, we’ve been following the steps below, which allow the affected users to reconnect:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restarting the laptop&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Uninstalling and reinstalling Java&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Uninstalling and reinstalling the VPN agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;While these steps are effective, they are not practical to perform every time the issue occurs. Therefore, we would appreciate a more permanent solution or guidance on what might be causing this intermittent behavior.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
