      <description>&lt;P&gt;I installed the Check Point Capsule VPN app on a brand new phone. However, I cannot connect to the vpn.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I keep getting the same message ‘This authentication operation is not supported’.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On other devices I am able to log in to the vpn. What could be the problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am attaching the log of the application.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Version of app: 1.601.41&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What device are you having trouble with?&lt;BR /&gt;What devices is it working on?&lt;BR /&gt;What version/JHF of gateway are you connecting to?&lt;BR /&gt;If you cannot answer this last question, then you will need to work with the administrator of your gateway to resolve this, possibly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
