      <title>Not receiving registration emails</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our Sandblast mobile setup uses Microsoft Intune as our MDM solution.&amp;nbsp; The last few devices I have added to Sandblast have never received a registration email.&amp;nbsp; Our mail system runs via Mimecast and I have run a report on received emails from @checkpoint.com and never see the registration emails arrive.&amp;nbsp; Who do I need to contact to get this investigated as I beleive the registration emails are system generated as they should come from &lt;A href="mailto:mtp-registration@checkpoint.com?"&gt;mtp-registration@checkpoint.com?&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; In the SBM dashboard I can see the devices and their status is "user notified".&amp;nbsp; In the audit trail I can see an event entry "registration email sent".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
