Hi Mates,

I attempted to start a Harmony Mobile protection POV for a client in Cayman Islands (located western Caribbean). When attempts were made to down the app from Google Play, it resulted in the following message " This item isn't available in your country"

Note, notification via email is working, but not via SMS

What can be done to get the app downloaded on Android?

I'm presently awaiting to test using an iPhone and would share the result of this.

I remember when I was in Cayman islands while back, I could not download some apps on my Iphone. Not sure what resctictions might be in place now.
