Good afternoon and Happy New Year to all,

As I am not an expert in this field, I wandering if someone can help me tith a simple explanation.

I tried to use Check Point on Windows, Mac and Android platforms and it perfectly works without any problems. As an authentication method I use a ‘certificate’ that I received from my employer and it works without any problem on all these platforms.

However, when I want to do the same on my iPhone, the Capsule application does not recognize the installed certificate, i.e. that the certificate is 'not verified'.

Please, any help is welcome.

Thank you in advance.

Milan.

It is possible to restrict which Check Point clients can connect on the gateway end.
That means even if you get the application to "trust" the certificate, you may not still be able to connect.
I presume the certificate was generated through the Internal CA, which means the device won't trust it by default.
You will probably need to generate the certificate "on-device" (using a "key" provided by your admin).

Best to generate a registration key for the relevant user as follows:

The user will enter the code in and a proper certificate will be generated.
