Hi,

Am trying to activate playblocks on one of my CMA.
But when connecting onprem CMA towards infinity service i get connectivity issue due to i have a global smartevent.
In global policy i have no option to connect infinity portal.

So am unable to edit configuration sharing, so cant add playblocks

How to proceed?

I can't find any documentation that suggests this isn't supported.
Suggest a TAC case?

Why do you think the connectivity issue is related to Global SmartEvent?
