    <description>&lt;P&gt;I heard this on the radio the other day while driving and found it super cool. They were talking about job interviews and they said if job interviewer asks the candidate "Do you have any questions for me?", interviewee should ask "What kind of person would you guys NEVER hire to work for your company?"&lt;/P&gt;
