Just saw this on the news...

https://www.cbsnews.com/colorado/news/colorado-police-responding-to-boulder-pearl-street-mall-attack-multiple-injured/

I really feel I want to say this...seems like in today's world, violence appears to be answer to most things. SADLY. Its as if people forgot to ask for help, talk to one another. I mean, its NOT shame not to be okay, it happens to all of us.

As great Martin Luther King once said "Injustice anywhere is threat to justice everywhere"...I find that saying so, so true.

Having lived in war myself for many years, I learned its so important to have a cause you are passionate about and defend it with any means you can.

I will tell following story and hope it may inspire others for what its worth. Im very passionate about violence against women and its something I truly fight against, any way I can.

In 2014, yes, I happened to be in Brazil during soccer world cup, but when I landed there, lady at passport control asked me why I was there. Truth was indeed because of soccer, but I pulled my phone with translation from english to portugese about something I saw on TV back in Canada about a lady who opened her own house for women who were victom of domestic violence and when she stamped my passport, I saw tear in her eye and she simply said "Obrigado, thank you very much, and welcome"

And to quote my good old grandpa who was my hero, greatest military man I knew, he once said "I would rather die knowing I always do the right thing, than live always doing the wrong one:

So, ALWAYS be kind, ALWAYS try your best to help.
