Maestro stops passing traffic every 14 days

Hi All,

We are experiencing a perplexing issue where a Maestro environment (MHO-140 / 2 x 7000P Maestro appliance) stops passing traffic every 14 days, almost to the hour. The only way to restore traffic flow is to reboot the appliances in sequence. The appliances are under very low load (last outage was last night, throughput was around 15MB/s and Load average 3%).

So on a high-level and I guess out of frustration I want to ask if anyone experienced something similar?

We are of course engaging with TAC and have a high severity ticket open for more than a month already, but despite numerous debug sessions, providing logs etc. no progress have been made apart from trying a succession of hotfixes and Jumbo's. Current status is that R&D are investigating (again).

14 days is the PNP trial duration, it doesn't stand out otherwise.

If RnD is involved I suspect licensing has already been validated however.
