Deleting Evaluation's License

Hello,

i had an Evaluation's license on one of my SMO Security Group. After I got my license, I tried to delete the Eval. ones. And each time I delete them they keep coming back.

I deleted the license directly from the Security group, also tried on each FW, from Smart Console and from SmartUpdate (License management).
They disappear for like 5 mins. and then they show up again. Any idea how to or where the FWs are keep loading them?
At this point I dont know what to do anymore!

I believe the actual licenses are stored in $CPDIR/conf/cp.license on the relevant modules.
You can try deleting the relevant lines in this file and performing a cprestart (should be done during a maintenance window).
TAC may be necessary to assist with this as well.

Symptoms

The "cplic del [signature]" command removes licenses from the Security Group only temporarily.

Solution

Run this global command to remove licenses from the Security Group:

EXPERT# g_cplic del [signature]

If its trial license, its in $CPDIR/conf and its called cp.pnp

Otherwise, it would be what Phoneboy gave.
