Hello CheckMates,

is it mandatory using the same ports on the MHOs connecting the gateways to the MHOs downlinks?

single site, dual MHOs, two 6000

actual configuration:

gateway01/ Port 1 => MHO01 / Port 27

gateway01 / Port2 => MHO02 / Port 28

gateway02/ Port 1 => MHO01 / Port 28

gateway02 / Port2 => MHO02 / Port 27

normally this should be wired like this:

gateway01/ Port 1 => MHO01 / Port 27

gateway01 / Port2 => MHO02 / Port 27

gateway02/ Port 1 => MHO01 / Port 28

gateway02 / Port2 => MHO02 / Port 28

At the moment we had no problem, but maybe we should fix this ?

Wolfgang

PS.: little mistake from the installation and it will be a lot of time and effort traveling to the remote location 😞

No, it's not mandatory. You can connect appliances to any of downlink ports. As far as it's defined as downlink, it will work
