I will be connecting 2 downlink ports from SG to MHO-140. base on cable connection guide "The Quantum Maestro Orchestrators create Link Aggregation for the applicable Downlink ports automatically". Is Check Point using proprietary technology or LACP?

Yes is automatically, add the dual link to SGM and they will be balanced it-self LACP is 802.3AD and in this case is XOR algorithm
