Thats an excellent question... @Chris_Atkinson is there another platform similar to demo point where lab can be spun up in few mins?

It's not just a hardware issue, it's how you configure the virtualization environment.
I would consult with your Check Point SE on this.

Meanwhile, in R82, this should be relatively straightfoward to set up with ElasticXL.
